#humpday Booty Workout

Happy Wednesday!


Wednesday are commonly associated with Booty Workouts primarily because it is "Hump Day". The reason why Wednesdays are known as hump days because it is the middle of the work week... so once you make it over the so-called "hump" it should be smooth sailing correct?



"The middle of a work week (Wednesday); used in the context ofclimbing a proverbial hill to get through a tough week."



I have thought of hump day in a different context... as in a perfect day to work out your lovely lady lumps - your butt cheeks I mean. As we are all in lock down and are hopefully killing those at-home workouts; I thought it was a good opportunity to break out a video from a vault where I do an at-home booty workout for hump day.


Note: This workout is very much butt-isolation; as opposed to a combination movement. I still stand by that you need the fundamental exercises to work your booty (such as deadlifts, squats). These isolation movements are more to help sculpt and shape the muscle that has been built.
