The Health Benefits of Supplementing with Turkey Tail Mushrooms

Turkey Tail Mushrooms have been long been an immune powerhouse friend to our human family for years. In this article I am going to take you through 4 main benefits of supplementing with this beautiful immune powerhouse fungi. Turkey Tail mushrooms have been leveraged as early as the 15th century in the Ming dynasty in China and come from the Trametes versicolor family, formerly Coriolus versicolor (or “cloud mushroom”).

Turkey Tail mushrooms are aptly named as such due to an array of fall colors like a span of turkey feathers, one of the most vivid colors is typically bright green and is actually algae.
